About TuSee

TuSee was founded in 2018, by a group of computer scientists from top universities worldwide, including Carnegie Mellon University, Tsinghua University, and Hong Kong UST. The founder and CEO, Pingzhong Tang,is a computer science professor at Tsinghua University, well-known for his many contributions to AI technology.

Since Day 1, TuSee has been focusing on inventing and applying cutting-edge AI algorithms to verify the authenticity of high-value products. The company also values the judgment and experience of human authentication experts. It has developed an advanced human-in-the-loop system in which experts and AI work together to achieve both accuracy and efficiency.

Our AI Technology

We develop dedicated AI models for each product category to verify authenticity. The AI models alone can achieve 99% accuracy in mainstream brands and categories. Furthermore, through an expert-in-the-loop process, these models are continuously evolved with expert judgment and real-world cases on a daily basis.

Our Team of Experts

Besides our AI team, our authentication team consists of more than 100 authentication specialists who bring deep domain expertise across luxury handbags, watches, apparel, sneakers, cosmetics, and accessories.

Where Are We and What We Offer?

We operate authentication centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo, along with AI labs and research centers in Beijing and Hong Kong. Through the TuSee app, we provide 24/7 instant authentication services worldwide: Customers can complete the whole authentication process in seconds by simply following the instructions of the app and taking a few pictures using their own cell phones.
